Founded in 1994, Innovative Communications Technologies Inc. pioneered the development, implementation, and positioning of Private Telecommunications products for business customers. Innovative's CEO, Barry Henthorn, created the initial proprietary technology in 1988, which enabled ICT to market Private Telecommunications Networks (PTNs) in the Seattle-Tacoma market. ICT then utilized the experience gained from the development and implementation of PTNs in the greater Seattle/Tacoma market to design, develop, and introduce the Global Private Telecommunications Network (GPTN) outbound long distance product. An example of this is the deployment and subsequent sale of the Intelligent Rapid Delivery System (IRDS) technology to ReelTime Rentals, Inc. IRDS is used to deploy ReelTime’s streaming video technology through www.reeltime.com. IRDS has significant advantages in cost and structure over other systems in current use and the revolutionary nature of the system should allow ReelTime to quickly become the dominant player in the delivery system marketplace. Through IRDS and the media-on-demand service, ReelTime is able to deliver full-screen high quality movie experiences to broadband customers worldwide who rent box office hit movies and other media from the comfort of their own home, while away or whenever a broadband connection is available. ReelTime is providing the public with the next generation of online viewing technology, designed with the built- in capacity for unlimited growth developed by the ICT R&D team. The History of ICT ICT’s history has been one of steady growth, innovation, and respect for shareholder value. ICT began developing and marketing private self-contained networks in 1994 and creating and capitalizing on cellular communications concepts throughout the 1990’s. These technological advances disrupted their prospective markets resulting in value for the customer. Because of these successes ICT has experienced revenue increases, developed and continues to maintain a loyal customer base and increasingly gains significant experience in both the business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) wireless and wireline marketplaces. The fallout of the telecommunications and technology industries at the turn of the century took the marketplace by surprise and caused most businesses to close their doors. Companies that managed to survive did so by either declaring bankruptcy thereby reversing share structure and causing massive dilution at the expense of shareholders, pursuing lay offs of valued workforces and/or were forced into mergers left with valuations of pennies on the dollar. In the interest of the ICT shareholder during this critical time period the company did not declare bankruptcy nor reverse share structure. Due to the strong history and dedication of ICT’s resolute management team ICT is doing well.
