Innovative Granted USAC E-Rate Vendor Approval
SEATTLE – May 4, 2005 - Innovative Communications Technologies, Inc. (OCTPK: ICTN) announces approval to provide it’s private Global Private Telecommunications Network products to educational facilities in conjunction with the Universal Service Administrative Company, Schools and Libraries Division E-rate program.
Leasing Innovative’s network products typically provide a 50% reduction in cost to business customers in outbound and inbound calling expenses. The USAC mechanism provides 20% to 90% discounts on telecommunications services and Internet access to eligible schools, school districts and libraries throughout the United States.
A school district for example, leasing Innovatives telecommunication products in combination with of the USAC E-rate discount, has the ability to receive a considerable discount back from the Universal Service Fund. This represents a significant savings and potential total of 95% in cost reductions for some schools.

Private800 Toll Free Platform To Be Deployed in Multiple Major Markets
SEATTLE: March 30, 2004 - Innovative Communications Technologies, Inc. (OCTPK: ICTN) announces that its Private800 fixed rate toll free platform for routing inbound 800 calls, deployed regionally last June 2003, will be available to business customers in multiple major markets across the nation, including San Diego, New York, and Dallas, during Second Quarter 2004. The Private800 product offers business customers a substantial savings over existing products in the market and provides improved flexibility and greater efficiency.

The toll free platform routes calls on the customer's own private Global Private Telecommunications Network (GPTN). The GPTN technology combines proprietary leading-edge packet switching technology and dedicated fiber optic networks combined with Innovative's Voice Over Packetization Technology (VOPT) that uses packet switching instead of traditional circuit switching when routing calls. Customers use their existing equipment and pay only a fixed monthly rate eliminating per-minute billing and the long-distance carrier.
