Private Network Product Suite

The mission of the ICT Private Network Division is to eliminate the need for business customers to use traditional long distance telecommunications providers. Innovative Communications Networks (ICN) owns, develops, operates and maintains the Private Telecommunications Network Product Suite that spans North America. The company began deployment of this type of network in 1988, has since gone through 11 upgrades and maintains an established customer base with a proven product. ICT builds and leases a unique self-contained private telecommunications network product suite to business customers, which is different than any long distance product or alternative in the market today. The Private Network products offer a proven cost model and have been producing revenue from major business customers since 1995. Although the Private Network utilizes "Voice over Packetization Technology" (VoPT) it does not use the public Internet, sometimes referred to as IP telephony. The Private Network allows voice to travel between calling areas as if they were local.

Customers experience a higher level of savings if their utilization increases, because their monthly lease charges remain unchanged. As a result of the fixed monthly lease expense the customer can also realize additional cost savings as the result of the reduction in accounting costs associated with the monthly reconciliation of the long distance bills. The Private Network lease allows the customer to utilize up to 200% the current outbound voice capacity on outbound calls and 110% on inbound toll free calls during the lease at no additional cost.

Specifically, our customers include 5 of 7 northwest network television affiliates, financial institutions, several call centers, credit unions, and a national classified advertising publication.
